An MBA with a multifaceted career spanning mining, construction, and real estate, Rahul’s journey began with the establishment of a brokerage under Himalaya Builders in 2012. Since then, he has overseen the development of over 15 residential and commercial projects, delivering over 1,000 units and 1.5 million sq. ft. of built space.
With 30 years of hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and construction, Sunil has made substantial contributions to Buildify’s growth, having developed over 70 builder floors and earned a respected reputation in the NCR market. He also serves on the Central Committee Advisory for the Human Rights Council of India.
